San Miguel was founded in 1958 by António Barbosa Moreira in Paços de Ferreira, Portugal, driven by a vision and passion for creating solid wood furniture for small retailers.
From a modest family workshop, San Miguel steadily evolved over the years, gaining recognition and opening its first store in 1991 – marking a new chapter in its journey.
Every project comes to life through the dedicated hands of architects, designers, and artisans who combine skill and sensibility to craft pieces with soul, from the very first sketch to the final touch of craftsmanship.
